At GAAD Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items eligible for return are damaged or incorrect items shipped to customers. Items must be requested for exchange within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  2. Non-Refundable Items: All items are final sale. To maintain the best hygienic practices, no body jewelry will be allowed to be returned besides the items listed in #1. of the return policy. Please ensure the correct address and items are entered before purchasing.
  3. Return Process: (1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at gaadjewelry@gmail.com with your order details to request a return authorization. (2. Package Your Item: Safely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation. (3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return your item to the return address provided through email. Note: Damaged items shipping cost will be covered by GAAD Jewelry as a courtesy to the customer.
  4. Exchanges • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gaadjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging for resolution within 5 days of delivery. Once exchange is confirmed, correct items for exchange or replacement will be sent to the original shipping address.
