At GAAD Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns: Items eligible for return are damaged or incorrect items shipped to customers. Items must be requested for exchange within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Non-Refundable Items: All items are final sale. To maintain the best hygienic practices, no body jewelry will be allowed to be returned besides the items listed in #1. of the return policy. Please ensure the correct address and items are entered before purchasing.
- Return Process: (1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at gaadjewelry@gmail.com with your order details to request a return authorization. (2. Package Your Item: Safely package the item, including all original packaging and documentation. (3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return your item to the return address provided through email. Note: Damaged items shipping cost will be covered by GAAD Jewelry as a courtesy to the customer.
- Exchanges • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gaadjewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging for resolution within 5 days of delivery. Once exchange is confirmed, correct items for exchange or replacement will be sent to the original shipping address.
